After achieving membership in two prestigious contact centre associations – the Contact Centre World and the Contact Centre Association Malaysia, the 24/7 NSG Multilingual Contact Centre has reached another important milestone in NSG history.

QNet’s 24/7 NSG Multilingual Contact Centre has been nominated as one of eight finalists under the category of Best in House Contact Centre (under 100 seats) in a competition organised by the Contact Centre Association Malaysia. The criteria for the selection include looking at the quality of the organisation itself, the HR process, the technology adopted in the contact centre, the customer-centricity, and the service quality and optimisation found within the centre.

The winners will be announced during the 11th CCAM Annual Contact Centre Awards Gala Night. The Gold Award winner will be recognised during a celebrated dinner of the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association in Bali as one of the Best Contact Centres in the region.
