Change can begin anywhere and everywhere in the world. This month, the change began in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Hundreds of IRs gathered in the Kazakh city of Almaty to attend the Change Begins training seminar event, held earlier this month by Kazakh leaders and attended by more than 600 entrepreneurs.
The change began with the fundamentals of ‘8 Basic Building Blocks’ training and continued with training focussed on identifying, developing and improving leadership skills. Many topics on leadership were touched upon in the training, including ‘Building Leader Character’ and ‘From Limits to Limitless’, was delivered by V-leaders Renat Kadirov and Marina Turtayeva and V-Elite Leader Saidamir Ashurov. The director of the QNet agency office in Kazakhstan, Mr Fizuli Takhmazov, also attended the event.
The organiser prepared a big surprise for all the attendees as they had a chance to get on the phone and talk to QNet Managing Director Mr JR Mayer and The V Managing Director Mr Pathman Senathirajah. The two gentlemen gave the motivation and support to the Kazakh event, inspiring local IRs to be successful in this business.
Not only was the event great for training, it was also an amazing opportunity for IRs to feel, touch, sample and experience an array of exclusive products in the QNet product exhibition and see some of the popular products, such as watches, jewellery, and energy products, as well as necessary business tools that are available from QNet.
As the end of the day approached, our IRs proved that they are not only networkers but also entertainers! Fly-Team members jumped on stage and performed a live concert, bringing this huge event to a memorable ending.
QNet would like to thank Fly-Team Kazakhstan; its main V-Leaders, Umed Mavlonov, Marina Turtayeva, Khurshed Ashurov, Saule Karajanova, Khurshed Gafurov, and Rasul Tokhtayev; and the In-Service team for organising such a successful training seminar in Kazakhstan.
