It has always been one of QNet and RYTHM Foundation’s main philosophies to support, care and build opportunities for those in need. RYTHM Foundation strives to ensure that our children are safe and supported – now and tomorrow. This is why QNet and RYTHM will be sponsoring the 3rd Charitable Handicapped Exhibition that is organised under the royal guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Under the slogan “Shape My Future With My Hands”, the 3rd Charitable Handicapped Exhibition will showcase and sell arts and handicrafts created by challenged children.
Held this Thursday until Saturday, 12 – 14 May 2011, from 10 am to midnight at the world’s biggest shopping mall — the Dubai Mall – Star Atrium, an exhibition of children’s products from six special needs centres will be displayed and sold. Throughout the three-day event, dances and entertainment will continuously be performed by the children and members of participating centres. The purpose of the exhibition is to support those in need and also to create awareness on the issue within the public.
Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI) will act as the organiser and QNet will be the main sponsor of this important and inspiring event which will be officially inaugurated by one of the members of the royal family. They will be presented with an appreciation trophy for having always been a strong advocate of the cause and of those in need. Moreover, DMI and QNet along with the RYTHM Foundation will be setting up display booths to spread word and awareness on our philanthropic cause and the support we give around the world in the hope to inspire others. QNet will also be taking this opportunity to display products including our range of watches and jewellery as well as our most recently launched product lines such as facial care, skin care, nutritional healthcare products, and water filters.
The exhibition, to be set at a prime spot between the food court and the world’s largest fountain inside the mall, will certainly attract a lot of patrons, benefactors and, we hope, our IRs. Apart from the patrons and visitors, local TV channels, radio stations and notable newspapers will be there to cover and help spread the message of support for those children and people in need. Of course, QNet and RYTHM Foundation will be mentioned as the foremost advocate of the cause and one of our representatives will give an exclusive interview to help extend our message and the vitality of our contributions and the humanitarian assistance we support. “Along with running huge CSR projects around the globe, QNet and RYTHM Foundation has now been spreading our cause and social responsibilities into Dubai, the economic capital of UAE and the hub of all Middle Eastern countries. We will certainly be mentioned in the media as a main advocate of the cause and I would like to take this opportunity to invite our QNet family and our IRs to join and support the UAE society on this charitable day,” urges Khaled Diab, the General Manager of QNet Middle East and Middle East – North Africa Business Development Manager.
So, if you are around the area please drop by and show your support to those in need. Plus, you’ll get a chance to browse and buy the numerous and unique merchandise all made by children from the six participating centres – including handicrafts, accessories, paintings, photographs, glassware, and home decorations. It is an opportunity that no one should miss. Come and join our cause!
