QNET’s Executive Chairperson Donna Imson shares her thoughts about the road to gender equality in an article by Malaysia’s leading news organisation, Bernama.

The article, titled Women to Experience Economic Freedom in 21st Century, Says QNET Chairperson, marks the celebration of Women’s Day in Malaysia where QNET has its operational base.

Donna points out that although it isn’t always easy for women to succeed in  male-dominated arenas such as business, the majority of people who go into network marketing today are indeed women because they are often better communicators, good at relating to people, have great endurance, don’t give up easily and, of course, are great multi-taskers.

“The only thing that limits us is the limitations that we put on ourselves. The world is changing very fast and for every woman, it’s inevitable. The quest is that women must also change, stop blaming culture and must take control of their lives,” says Donna.

The story explains how Donna started out as a young and struggling single mother of three in 1993 when she decided to try her hand at network marketing.

Everyone at QNET is very pleased that she never looked back!
