It was a great turnout for the QNET sponsored CASE charitable golf tournament to aid an initiative to develop an accreditation programme for direct selling companies.

Recently QNET sponsored a fund raising Golf Tournament organised by the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) to raise money for the group’s activities aimed at helping consumers make smart choices.

QNET is currently working closely with CASE and the Direct Selling Association of Singapore in developing a new accreditation programme for direct selling companies. The new scheme will guarantee a high level of professional and ethical standards by companies that have earned the right to display the accreditation mark.

The fundraiser, which attracted over 100 golfers, was attended by Singapore’s Minister of State and Minister of Trade and Industry Mr Teo Ser Luck and Member of Parliament Lim Biow Chuan.

QNET Founder Joseph Bismark and Director of Corporate Affairs Zaheer Merchant were among those representing QNET at the 31 October event, which was staged at the stunning Orchid Country Club.

“It was a great event even though we were forced off by rain at the end. We were particularly honoured to be in the company of such high ranking government officials and another VIP Guest, prominent Singapore businessman Bernie Teo,” says Zaheer.
