Huge news, QNET is one of 14 direct selling companies to be awarded the new CaseTrust Accreditation Mark!
The Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) and the Direct Selling Association of Singapore (DSAS) has launched a joint independent accreditation scheme especially for direct selling companies.
QNET has long been a member of DSAS and has long subscribed to it’s Code of Ethics, as well as having our own Code of Ethics, which ensures our Independent Representatives practice responsible and ethical selling.
This accreditation gives prospective QNET customers and representatives a whole new level of assurance that they will receive some core protections as consumers.
Accredited direct selling companies guarantee consumers:
- A cooling off period of seven working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays), during which consumers may seek a full refund
- An order form at the time of sale, with clear and accurate contact details of the direct seller
- A well-defined complaint mechanism to address disputes
QNET Director Corporate Affairs Zaheer Merchant and his team have worked closely with CASE to be among the first companies to become accredited under the scheme.
“Previously, a QNET customer may have seen that we had a Code of Ethics and are members of several direct selling associations around the world including the DSAS but might have wondered how much of an assurance that was that they really would be treated fairly and impartially”
“This accreditation means that industry representatives have looked at our processes and are satisfied that important consumer protections are in place. It will give customers peace of mind that we have this independent CaseTrust organisation looking at the way we do our business,” explains Zaheer.
