1. How Do I Update Or Change My Email Address?

Changing your email address is very simple. Pick which of these two options suits you best, and then follow the instructions and the step-by-step guide.

– With Security Question 

  1. Visit www.qnet.net.
  2. Click on the IR Login button on the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Key in your IR Login IR ID and Password, and click on the LOGIN
  4. Click on the My Profile
  5. Click on the Update Email and Address option from the dropdown menu.
  6. Enter your Q Account PIN CODE in the box provided, and click on the Validate
  7. Choose your Security Question by clicking the dropdown menu and type your answer to the Security Question that you have chosen.
  8. Enter the sequence in which the characters of your Security Word appear in three boxes provided. A sample is given for your reference. Once done, click on the PROCEED
  9. Key in the new email address that you want to change. Scroll down until you see the UPDATE button, then click on it to confirm the changes.
  10. After clicking on the Update button, a confirmation box will appear. Click OK and go to your new email address, and click on the verification link to successfully update your email address. 

– Without Security Question 

  1. Follow Steps 1-6 from the above list.
  2. Key in the new email address that you want to change. Scroll down until you see Update button, click on it to confirm the changes.
  3. After clicking the Update button, a confirmation box will appear. Click OK and go to your new email address, and click the verification link which has been sent.
  4. Your email will have been updated successfully.

2. How Do I Change My Password?

  1. Visit www.qnet.net.
  2. Click on IR Login button the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Key in your IR Login IR ID and Password, and click on the LOGIN
  4. Click on the My Profile
  5. Click Change Password from the dropdown menu
  6. Enter your Old Password on the first space provided, and confirm your New Password on the second and third space. Once done, click the Update
  7. A confirmation box will appear with the text “Your password was successfully changed.”

3. How Do I Manage My PIN Code?

  1. Visit www.qnet.net.
  2. Click on IR Login button on the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Key in your IR Login IR ID and Password, and click on the LOGIN
  4. Click on My Q Account
  5. Click Manage PIN Code from the dropdown menu
  6. Enter your original PIN Code under Q Account PIN Code. Confirm your new PIN Code on the second and third space, and choose your PIN Code Renewal time. Once done, click the Submit
  7. A confirmation will appear saying “Q Account PIN Code was changed successfully

4. How Do I Change My Address And Other Information?

– With Security Question 

  1. Visit www.qnet.net.
  2. Click on the IR Login button on the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Key in your IR Login IR ID and Password, and click on the LOGIN
  4. Click on the My Profile
  5. Click on the Update Email and Address option from the dropdown menu.
  6. Enter your Q Account PIN CODE in the box provided, and click on the Validate
  7. Choose your Security Question by clicking the dropdown menu and type your answer to the Security Question that you have chosen.
  8. Enter the sequence in which the characters of your Security Word appear in three boxes provided. A sample is given for your reference. Once done, click on the PROCEED
  9. Key in the information that you want to change. Scroll down until you see the UPDATE Click on it to confirm the changes.

– Without Security Question 

  1. Follow Steps 1-6 from the above list.
  2. Key in the information that you want to change. Scroll down until you see the UPDATE Click on it to confirm the changes.
  3. After clicking on the Update button, a confirmation box will appear with the message “Updated Successfully

How Do I Reset My Security Question And Security Answer?

– With Security Question

  1. Visit www.qnet.net.
  2. Click on the IR Login button on the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Key in your IR Login IR ID and Password, and click on the LOGIN
  4. Click on the My QAccount
  5. Click on the Reset Security Question from the dropdown menu.
  6. Key in your Q-Account PIN Code and click VALIDATE.
  7. Check your email for your Verification Code Number.
  8. Check your email and use your Verification Code Number (Note: Your Code Number will only be available for only 10 minutes.)
  9. Enter the reset code sent to your registered address and click the Continue button.
  10. Select your Security Question by clicking on the dropdown menu and type your answer to the security question that you have chosen.
  11. Type your Security Word in the box provided and click the Update button.
  12. After clicking the Update button, a confirmation box will appear with the text “Your Security Question and Security Word have been reset!”

NOTE: Steps 6-9 are applicable if you haven’t verified your email address previously. However, if you have already verified your email address earlier, the system will automatically skip these steps.

How Do I Reset My Security Word And Security Answer?

– With Security Question

  1. Visit www.qnet.net.
  2. Click on the IR Login button on the top right corner of your screen to login to your QNET Virtual Office.
  3. Key in your IR Login IR ID and Password, and click on the LOGIN button.
  4. Click on the Virtual Office button.
  5. Once you’re in, click on the Tools button, and select Q Account from the submenu.
  6. From the Q Account submenu, click on the Reset Security Question button.
  7. Key in your Q Account PIN Code and click on the Validation button.
  8. Check your email for a Verification Code sent to you by VO@qnet.net
  9. Key in the Verification Code that was sent to your registered email address in the box provided and click on the Continue button.
  10. Choose New Security Question from the dropdown menu, and key in your answer to the Security Question.
  11. Type in your Security Word and click the Update button.
  12. A confirmation box will now appear with the text “Your Security Question and Security Word have been reset successfully!” Click the OK button.
