QNET Covid-19 Social Media Stevie Awards Bronze

Our Covid-19 Social Media Campaign has won the Bronze Stevie® Award for the Best Use Of Social Media for Covid-19 Related Information at the 17th Annual International Business Awards! The campaign ‘QNET Comes Together For Tomorrow’ includes 150 pieces of content in a heady mix of QNET Social Media posts, QBuzz blog posts, and QNET YouTube videos, and has been recognised for giving our IRs a message of hope and reassurance during the unprecedented fallout of the global pandemic Covid-19.

This is QNET’s second Stevie® win, following another Bronze Award at the 2020 Asia-Pacific Stevie®  Awards in July for Innovation in Sponsorships.

What Is The International Business Awards®?

Part of the Stevie® Awards programmes, the prestigious International Business Awards®  or “the International Stevies”, is open to all organisations worldwide whether public or private, profit or non-profit. The 17th Annual International Business Awards saw over 3800 participants from over 63 nations. The winners are chosen by a panel of 250 experts worldwide who participated in the judging process from July through to early September.

The Category Is: Best Use Of Social Media – COVID-19 Related Information

QNET was recognised for our ‘QNET Comes Together For Tomorrow” Covid-19 Social Media campaign, recognising our hard work over the past few months in keeping our IRs safe and well-informed. QNET was commended for our efforts in giving our IRs messages of hope and reassurance while also keeping you up-to-date with information on how to conduct your business safely during the pandemic. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have put all our efforts into creating multilingual content through 30 different social media channels. The messages ranged from business updates and changes in operation to messages of hope, tips of staying safe, and how to keep at the business despite roadblocks.

The Judges Have Spoken

We could not be more thrilled by the amazing feedback we received from the judging panel for our Covid-19 Social Media Campaign. One judge said, “QNET has produced several remarkable assets of high quality that tell a thoughtful, caring story and reflect favourably on this direct selling company and its global reach and impact. QNET emerges via these videos and related materials as an excellent corporate citizen that embraces humanity and diversity of culture.”

Commenting on the Stevie® Award win, QNET CEO Malou Caluza said, “Our customers and distributors are spread around the world and the lockdown imposed in almost all countries impacted their ability to conduct their business and earn an income. We knew it was important to reach out to them during this difficult phase to keep them motivated and positive while also providing then with options that would help them adapt their business online. Since social media usage peaked due to the global lockdown, our communications team quickly put together a creative campaign to effectively engage with our community online. Our aim was to allow our distributors to continue to feel our presence and support during this challenging period.”

Despite not being able to receive our award on stage for our Covid-19 Social Media Campaign, we are excited we get to celebrate this award through a virtual ceremony later this year.
