2014 | The Official Direct Selling Partner Of Manchester City Football Club
The QNET-Man City partnership officially came into existence in 2014 and has been a source of pride and joy. Indeed, it has become our most high-profile sports partnership.
Sports holds an important place in many regions QNET operates in. As such, the Manchester City-QNET partnership has resonated with customers and created a sense of community.
2015 | Be A Game Changer. Be #QNETCITY
Our QNET Manchester City partnership took off with great support, thanks to the QNET Family, which showed its support in so many different ways.
Significantly, QNET independent representatives (IRs) and partners were on hand at many City-themed functions in 2015, including viewing events that celebrated a game-changing phase in the then-newly expanded Etihad Stadium.
This year also saw the stadium display the QNET logo along the perimeter, something select members of the Achievers’ Club got to witness first-hand.
2016 | Brand New QNETCITY Watches Unveiled At The Etihad Stadium
What better platform to unveil the brand-new limited-edition luxury timepiece collection, QNETCity, than at the home of our favourite football team Manchester City? The QNET Directors had the opportunity to present the QNETCITY watches to the players and the then-new coach Pep Guardiola.
2016 | QNET Achievers Go On Incentive Trip To Manchester City Home Grounds
Apart from being flown to Manchester — a city steeped in history and culture — and cheering on the Sky Blues, QNET achievers were part of a Blue Carpet Experience at the Etihad. They got to see the QNET LED display during the match and watch a riveting EPL match live!
The Man City partnership with QNET has truly provided exciting opportunities for our IRs!
2017 | QNET-ManCity Football Coaching Clinic In Indonesia
This year saw QNET and Man City deliver a world-class football coaching clinic for underprivileged youth in Indonesia. The clinic was hosted for young talents from the Jakarta Rusun Festival (JRF) with three coaches sent directly from City Football Schools in Manchester.
The programme saw the children of “rusun” (community flats) learn the finer points of the game and how to play like City players via technique coaching and drills.
We’ve seen the positive impact organised sports can have on under-served communities and are proud to have delivered such an unforgettable experience. Yes, playing football may seem like fun, and it is. Nevertheless, it also helps foster stronger community bonds.
2018 | Partnership With Manchester City Women’s Football Club
The year 2018 was a great one for QNET as it saw us not only celebrate 20 years in direct selling but also strengthen our partnership with Manchester City Football Club through a special partnership with Manchester City Women’s team.
We became the first-ever sleeve partner of the team, a milestone we are so proud of! This, alongside co-branded fan content, a matchday LED presence, exclusive fan competitions, and bespoke digital activation with players, allowed the QNET-Man City partnership to reach a new and diverse audience.
2018 | The Birth Of QNET-City Football Language School
As part of our 20th-anniversary celebrations, QNET and Man City presented 20 underprivileged children from around the world with an opportunity of a lifetime — a two-week-long camp at the City Football Language School at Manchester City’s Etihad campus!
The children got to attend training sessions led by expert coaches and English Language lessons curated by the British Study Centre’s language teachers.
The opportunity to visit Manchester for football training and to attend camps and English lessons created an unforgettable experience for these young people. The participants could also take their new knowledge and skills back to their communities and spread what they had learned.
2019 | QNET-ManCity Extend Partnership For Another 5 Years!
With the QNET-City Football Language School becoming a solid and regular part of our partnership, we deepened our collaboration by extending it for another five years. The extension of the partnership was featured on Man City’s website, broadcasting our relationship to a global audience.
2019 | QNET Achievers Visit Manchester, Again
Man City extended their VIP treatment to our QNET Achievers by organising a private VIP bus for a visit to the Etihad. Part of the treat was watching Man City’s glorious 3-1 win over Arsenal.
There is nothing quite like experiencing the buzz of a football match in the flesh. And our VIPs enjoyed the unrivalled experience of walking through the players’ tunnel and watching the pre-match preparations up close.
The icing on the cake, however, was watching Argentine sensation Sergio Aguero score a hattrick and joining the thundering roar of cheers that accompanied every goal.
2020 | Manchester City Wins Carabao Cup
QNET Founders and as well as Chief Pathman Senathirajah were in attendance as ManCity lifteed their seventh League Cup! It was an honour to be part of MCFC’s victory, just as the club has been with us for our triumphs over the years.
The victory celebrations, incidentally, also served as the launch of the Cimier QNETCity collection of luxury watches.
2021 | Manchester City Football Club Wins English Premier League

This was a marvellous year for City. Not only did the club win the Carabao Cup for the fourth time in a row, they also bagged another English Premier League title!
There was, of course, much uncertainty surrounding sports this year, no thanks to the pandemic. But the Sky Blues kept their focus and emerged at the end of it all as champions!
Football aside, City’s stars were also part of QNET’s #BottleSelfieChallenge on Instagram, with some of our favourite Citizens — among them, Fernandinho, Gabriel Jesus, Scott Carson, Nathan Aké, and Zack Steffen — being recipients of limited edition QNETCity watches.
2022 | Triumph on the Pitch and Focus on Innovation
The 2021-2022 English Premier League season was anything but easy. In fact, for a large portion of the Sky Blues’ final match of the season, it seemed like they would have to concede the title.
However, with minutes to go, City overturned the odds and secured the coveted title again with a 3-2 come-from-behind victory for the ages!
Importantly, though, the club didn’t just score on the pitch in 2022 but away from it via a number of development initiatives. Of these, City’s focus on building a new virtual environment for fans in the metaverse was particularly significant as it shows how the champs are not content to rest on their laurels but rather constantly work towards a brighter future for everyone connected with Man City.
