Kissing your fat goodbye is easier said than done, right? We all know that losing weight is not an easy feat, and at the end of the day, self-discipline is all we need to win that battle. However, don’t lose hope. Fat loss can be a reality for you.
Here are two simple ways you can start building a disciplined routine when it comes to food and portion sizes. Creating these habits will, in a long run, help you bid farewell to your excess baggage (read: FAT), forever (hopefully!)
Habit #1: Eat Breakfast Like A KING
Why? Because we need the energy to fuel us up and allow us to get ready for the day. We are more active in the day and engage in a variety of physical and mental activities that require fuel. We also burn more calories in the morning. A big and nutritious breakfast can also help reduce the risk of unhealthy food cravings and stops us from overeating as you’ll be fuller for longer.
Habit #2: Dinner Like A Pauper
As tempting as it is not to, we should not be a king all day long. You just have to take the crown off at some point! We tend to eat more calories in the evening as we are no longer in the mad work rush. Being the perfect time to catch up with friends and gather with our family, we tend to feast. However, the calories consumed in the evenings are not burned as much and are stored as fat instead.
