QNET’s Global Support Centre is introducing new operating hours to make our award-winning customer support even better!
Following a review of our services, we are revamping our operations to better suit your needs. We found and are encouraged by the fact that we can offer a better and stronger multilingual service by focussing our resources on slightly fewer hours.
So to offer a better service at the times you need us most, Friday 5 December 2014 will be the last day our support centre is open on the old hours. From Monday 8 December 2014, the Global Support Centre hotline will be open for 18 hours a day, 5 days a week.
The benefit of this change is that we’ll be better able to answer your call in the timeframe you expect, in the language you prefer and with the resources available to resolve any issue you may have.
Don’t forget you can also use the Contact Us form in the Virtual Office Help Centre at any time. Alternatively, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for general inquiries or email@example.com for holiday bookings.
