Do you know that online threats and fraud can be found everywhere? Are you doing enough to protect yourself online?

As your business counterpart and eCommerce platform provider, QNet takes your online security very seriously. We constantly review the process and the latest technology to protect you from fraud and other online threats.

Available since Thursday, 16 December, there is a new tool to protect your Quest Account: Two-Factor Authentication, or 2FA for short.

The 2FA is a security process through which the user provides two means of identification – physical token, such as a card, and a security code. In this context, the two factors involved are sometimes referred to as something you have and something you know. A common example of two-factor authentication is a bank card, where the card itself is the physical item (something you have) and the Personal Identification Number (PIN) is the data that goes with it (something you know).

With 2FA, you can be sure that your online security is better protected. When you enter your Quest Account, not only will you have to key in your Quest Account Pin Code but also the 2FA Token. That’s what we call ‘Double Protection’!

If you are interested in 2FA, starting from Thursday, 16 December 2010, we are offering you affordable subscription bundle prices, valid only until 31 January 2011!

  • Software token – USD10 + FREE for first year subscription fee

After 31 January 2011, the prices of the tokens will be:
