QNet Flag Bearers carry the ACL flag in the middle of a crowded stadium.

Over 100 Indonesian Independent Representatives attended the AFC Champions League (ACL) match between Arema Indonesia and Cerezo Osaka on 3 May 2011.

Invited by QNet Indonesia, many of them travelled from surrounding towns.

“A group of IRs from Blitar took a 2-hour train ride to get there,” explains Ms Wita Dahlan, Corporate Communications Manager of QNet Indonesia, who helped with the arrangements.

“Cheer sticks were distributed and welcomed by the IRs.  Arema is a well-known and supported club, especially with Malang being the home city of Arema.”

IRs and families supporting their team.

Being the Official Direct Selling Supporter of the AFC Champions League, QNet also enjoyed special branding during the match. Besides QNet-branded A-boards, a group of high school and senior high students from two schools in Tumpang got the opportunity to carry the ACL flag onto the field.

These students were the lucky group that were chosen to be part of the QNet Flag Bearer programme.

Arema Indonesia might not have won the game but that did not dim the spirit of the IRs, who cheered their favourite team on enthusiastically.
