QNet recently participated in the 3rd International Direct Selling Festival held in Dubai on 14 May 2010. The Direct Selling Festival is the major direct selling industry event of the Middle East & North Africa, taking place in Dubai. The exhibition brought market leaders, decision makers and end users from the world’s leading direct selling companies and their suppliers together under one roof.

More than 80 QNet IRs participated in the Direct Selling Conference, held in Dubai.

This event was endorsed by the Direct Selling Educational Institute (DSEI), which works to create awareness on the direct selling industry in the region and to help educate more and more people to build a successful career as a direct selling professional.

In this year’s event, QNet’s objective was a strong participation for our network in Dubai and the surrounding regions. Also present at this event were General Manager for QNet Middle East Mr Khaled Diab; Network Services and Operations Manager Ms Sharon Quek; Deputy Head of Legal Affairs Mr Rajasekharan; QNet Business Development Manager Oliver Bliss; and QNet Advisory Board member Mr Benjamin Tan, as well as leaders from the our network. Event organisers were impressed with the overwhelming response of QNet, and the company received positive remarks in the course of the event.

Mr Benjamin Tan, a founding member and former Chairperson of the Direct Selling Association of Singapore, was invited as a keynote speaker as a member of the QNet Advisory Board. During the well-received speech, Mr Tan spoke about the business in general and the positive progress of the industry as a whole.

QNet’s participation at this international event is a clear expression of its wanting to work closely with the DSEI, the only institute in the Middle East that supports the direct selling industry.

The success of this event would not have been possible without the close cooperation between The V and QNet. A job well done and congratulations to all that made this event possible.
