QNET, the official direct selling partner of English Premier League Club, Manchester City Football Club, awarded six Malaysian Football fans for winning the QNET-The Star Manchester City Football Club Facebook Contest held last September and December.

The contest drew more than 5,000 entries and saw three winners being selected in each of the month based on creative slogans. They received their prizes – Man City Jersey, QNET products and a cash reward of RM500 each.

The prizes were handed out by QNET CEO, Trevor Kuna. Also present was The Star’s Assistant Editor Randeep Singh. Fans simply needed to answer two simple questions and complete a slogan to be in the running.

QNET CEO, Trevor Kuna said that winning a football jersey with Man City branding, one of the most successful club in the English Premier League history is a proud possession for football fans.

“Today, QNET is delighted to give away six of these Jerseys to the winners of the contest. This contest we organized with The Star is a campaign aligned to QNET’s objective of engaging with the community, while building brand affinity,” said QNET CEO, Trevor Kuna.

QNET is actively keen on engaging its Facebook community with a number of fun contests. This time around, QNET leveraged its partnership with Man City and the EPL fever in Malaysia to design a simple contest for its fans.

“It’s a great time to be a Manchester City fan. The Blues are riding high to stay in control at the top of the Premier League and continue their unstoppable march towards the Premier League title”, said QNET CEO, Trevor Kuna.

“City look like they are going to break so many Premier League records this season like consecutive wins, goals scored, overall wins, points, etc. The big question now is – are City well on their way to winning the quadruple?”, QNET CEO, Trevor Kuna added.

City Boss, Pep Guardiola took a step closer to winning his first piece of silverware with Manchester City after making it to the Carabao Cup (formerly League Cup) final against Arsenal on February 25th at Wembley Stadium. And there is the FA Cup, the English Premier League title and ultimately the European Champions League to come.
