QNET Parent Company Wins HR Asia Award

Last Friday, QNET’s parent company, QI Group, received the Best Company to Work for in Asia for the second time in 2015, at the Intercontinental Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. QI Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Christopher Watson received the award on the company’s behalf from the Malaysian Deputy Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Datuk Dr. Abu Bakar Mohd Diah.

The awards ceremony, hosted by HR Asia, saw over 220 participants hoping to bring home the title.  The annual ceremony aims to create a platform for companies to showcase their potential in creating the best work environment for their employees.

Participating companies were reviewed through a survey structured into three main categories: employee engagement, workplace culture and advancement and development opportunities. Forty-five QI Group employees contributed to this survey which brought back some truly amazing results.

QNET’s operational headquarters, QI Group Malaysia sees this as a huge form of encouragement and motivation to strive for more! The Group believes that every little initiative goes a long way and prioritising their people is indeed key for every business success.
