RF Trustee and Wife Bring Care to Nepalese Children
Treats, smiles and heart-warming moments were shared when RYTHM Foundation (RF) Trustee Bernhard H. Mayer and his wife Eva visited the children of the Better Nepal Foundation (BNF) in Kathmandu, Nepal on 14 May 2011.
To welcome their guests, the kids of the orphanage presented Mrs Mayer with a lovely bouquet of flowers.
Then the kids performed a charming song for them to the skillful guitar styling of one of the talented youngsters. What sweet and thoughtful kids!
Mr and Mrs Mayer had a hearty chat with the kids, while handing out yummy cookies and chocolates. Delighted to see the kids happy and healthy, the couple praised BNF Founder Emmanuel Kurian and his staff for running the BNF Home with efficiency, courage and a great deal of heart!
“We’re glad to know that the orphanage’s library is well-maintained and stocked with books donated by the kind staff of the QI Group Hong Kong office during the Chinese New Year,” said Mr Mayer during the visit.
Mr Mayer reassured Mr Kurian that RYTHM Foundation would be there to support the BNF Home, along with the education of all 21 kids there.
