The Building Blocks Of Direct Selling With QNET

Direct Selling is simple. Unlike with traditional businesses, it isn’t complicated, and you do not need a professional background or education to find success in it. All you need to bring to the table is your passion and your dream. QNET is a place where thousands of IRs are living proof of this. If you nurture these qualities in you that make up the essence of direct selling, you will be well on your way to success.

1) Knowing Your Reason

Don’t rush to decide what your dream and purpose is. Take your time trying to figure it out, and really put your mind to it. Identify them as a fundamental reason on why to do QNET. Your “why” has to be so powerful that it cannot be taken away so easily by negativity and challenges that you are guaranteed to face. It should be your heartbeat, a passion that keeps you going even if people are laughing at you.

2) Loving What You Do

If you consider direct selling a job, it will drain all the passion out of you. You will want to quit, and you will end up hating your boss, just like you would in a conventional job. However, you need to love what you do in order to truly find success in QNET. If you don’t love what you do, people will notice and won’t buy from you. People are more convinced when they can see your sparkle and your passion. Wear your heart on your sleeve, and success will follow.

3) Speaking The Truth From Your Heart

Direct selling with QNET requires talking to people as its core activity. And therefore, if you decide to find success in QNET, knowing how to talk to people is a key ingredient. Don’t worry, because talking to people doesn’t require extensive training. When you speak from your heart, you have nothing to worry about. Make it your non-negotiable. After all, you are the face, the voice, the heart of QNET. Your prospects will sign up because of YOU. They will want to be part of whatever you’re a part of because you speak the truth.

4) Building Relationships

Wholesome relationship building is at the heart of direct selling, especially in QNET. You can know somebody for 20 years and not know anything about them, and yet you could meet someone at a V-Convention and feel like they’re family. Every relationship is different and so you should nurture it accordingly.  Remember that one-way relationships never work. They fail and collapse if the person feels like they are being taken advantage of. Relationships involve a healthy give and take. Be authentic because fakeness in relationships can be seen a mile away. Learn to see the goodness in everyone. See their potential and try for a genuine connection.

The size of your cheques depends on the strength of your relationships. So, establish trespass – a relationship that goes deeper than just the business. It’s a relationship you can reach into and be honest in. When you’ve built trespass, reestablish it, strengthen it, and don’t take it for granted. Never be known as a sunny day friend. Don’t only be there during the good times. Be a friend who is there even during their darkest hours and their most challenging times, a rainy-day friend. Be there sincerely from your heart, and with consistency and reliability.
