On 13 March at a glittery evening event, QNET headquarters in Hong Kong was given an award that placed it among HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia for the year 2015! Deputy Group Managing Director Richard Zinkiewicz (QI Group) received the award on stage at the JW Marriot in Hong Kong.
Each year, HR Asia hosts the Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards, where entrants’ practices and inner workings are reviewed to see how they stand out from the rest.
This year, 137 companies across Hong Kong were reviewed with at least 20% of their workforce surveyed. Forty-five QI Hong Kong employees participated in the survey, which was structured into three categories: employee engagement, workplace culture and advancement and development opportunities.
QI Hong Kong shared the winners’ stage with other notable companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Microsoft, Yahoo! and Starbucks! Nice work!
