150 years ago in 1871, a young man by the name of Bernhard H. Mayer® began a journey of establishing his family enterprise. Working out of Pforzheim, Germany, which was a hub for craftsmen and watchmakers, the company went on to receive critical acclaim and recognition for its high-quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and innovative designs.

Today, in celebration of the brand’s sesquicentennial anniversary and its amazing journey spanning five generations, the company is proud to introduce two amazing watches for the Bernhard H. Mayer® 150th Anniversary Collection.
Celebrating 150 Years of Tradition, Quality, and Excellence
Designed as an ode to the rich history and tradition of the brand, the Bernhard H. Mayer® 150th Anniversary Collection features a special commemorative coin on the watch face at 3 o’clock displaying the iconic Mayer factory building in Pforzheim pre-World War 2.
The collection comes in two lustrous, modern finishes. The first is a gorgeous 43mm automatic 18k Rose Gold edition with black sandblasted dial and matching black crocodile print leather strap. The watch features rose gold accents and a polished finish bezel. At the heart of the timepiece is a Swiss automatic – ETA 6497 movement with the anniversary’s logo engraved on the special cut-out rotor. This amazing timepiece displays the commemorative Bernhard H. Mayer® coin in Rose Gold with only 150 pieces made, one for each year the brand has been in existence.
The second watch is a sleek 43mm automatic stainless steel edition with a blue sand blasted dial and polished stainless steel accents. The watch features the same composition as the Rose Gold edition and displays the commemorative Bernhard H. Mayer® coin in 925 sterling silver. The stainless steel edition is limited to 1871 units in recognition of the year it all began.
