We’re all customers at the end of the day, and the one thing that worries us most as customers, is that feeling of utter helplessness that comes with being a customer with a complaint. From feeling anger at a product not meeting its promised expectations, to wanting to give up at the thought of trying to get yourself heard, being a customer isn’t always as glorious as it should.
