Chief talks about the sense of urgency in direct selling on this week’s Instagram Live sessions. Despite being in the hospital, Chief Pathman Senathirajah continued his weekly videos, proving once again that his dedication to QNET IRs is unbeatable. To Chief, supporting direct sellers worldwide is an important priority. Here is his lesson on developing and nurturing a sense of urgency in direct selling and in life.
Plan For The Future

When you start off any business, don’t just think of how much you will earn for the present, but also start planning for the future. Start thinking of your legacy and work backwards towards it. Do you want to make sure your family is taken care of no matter what? Do you want to leave something behind for the future generations? Do you want to leave the world a better place than you found it? Now is the time to start planning for these goals.
Put Your Affairs In Order

“The number one outstanding matter in anyone’s life is whether they are leaving enough behind to look after the ones they love,” said Chief. From his own life experiences of losing his father at a young age, he knew that it is important to work for a feeling of stability and security. Therefore, when he joined QNET, his ultimate goal was to earn enough to support his mother and his future children and grandchildren. He said, “Wanting a secured future for your family is not greed. It is intelligence. It is responsibility. It is accountability.”
Develop Your Sense Of Urgency

Don’t take life for granted, and don’t waste the time that you are given. Push yourself to achieve your dream list even if it seems like it might be too much work. Don’t slow down. Keep the momentum going instead. Listen to your sense of urgency. What you can do today, don’t wait till tomorrow.
