As a proud member of the QNET Achievers Club, V Partner and Diamond Star Sharfun Shaikh talks us through what it means to take Rank Advancement seriously. Rank Advancement in QNET is a way for you to be rewarded for your hard-work by moving through the seven ranks created just for you, with each rank signifying a higher income than the previous one. You could earn Bronze, Silver, Gold, Sapphire, Platinum, Diamond or Blue Diamond ranks in the QNET Achievers Club.
In this deeply inspiring interview, V Partner Sharfun shares with us her tips on how to successfully become a member of the QNET Achievers Club. She also advises us that in order to be successful, you have to imbibe the qualities of a successful person.
What, according to you, are the traits of a QNET Achiever?
I could go on and on talking about what the traits of a QNET Achiever are. However, the first and most important thing you must understand is this – achievement is a result. It is a result of our actions. I would think to myself, “What kind of attitude and consistency would a QNET Achiever have?” I knew that I needed to have those traits before I could actually achieve it. So, I would say, hard work, consistency, conviction, believing in yourself, and never giving up – these are the things that I think make you a successful QNET Achiever.
Aside from earning a higher income, what are the others reasons why IRs should try and join the QNET Achievers Club?
When you look at the QNET Compensation Plan, the first thing that appeals to most people is the income. However, in my entire journey to get to my rank today, I have learnt so much! I worked hard, and the kind of mentorship that I had was brilliant. Once I’d achieved Diamond rank, I was part of the inner circle – around the likes of V Partner Sachin Gupta, V Partner Dev Wadhwani, Chief Pathman, and even the QNET Founders. As part of the QNET Achievers Club, you learn so much more than money can buy.
