QNET is a lifestyle and wellness direct selling company with a proud 25-year history of having empowered millions across the globe with our premium wellness and lifestyle offerings. We do not and have never run scams.
Despite this, false claims continue to be levelled against us, among others, such as that QNET is engaged in travel fraud. Is QNET a scam?
This latest accusation is, of course, categorically untrue.
Travel Frauds and Visa Scams Exploit People Looking for Work Abroad.
To be clear, overseas travel fraud has been on the rise in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, and what is most worrying is that scammers are said to be employing increasingly sophisticated tactics to try and hoodwink innocent victims.
For instance, in addition to pickpocketing and overcharging travellers, authorities report that many travel fraud and visa scams are carried out via fake websites, fraudulent listings, too-good-to-be-true vacation packages, and individuals and groups claiming to represent legitimate companies.
Numerous bogus travel-for-work programmes exist, promising cheap flight tickets, guaranteed visa approvals, and guaranteed jobs.
QNET is NOT a Travel Business.
What needs to be established is that QNET is not and has never been a company that offers travel assistance for immigration services, visas or overseas jobs in exchange for payment. We are a global lifestyle and wellness company with a headquarters in Hong Kong and a presence in more than 25 countries worldwide.
Recently, there have been reports of individuals in certain West African nations — Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria and Sierra Leona — falling victim to scammers who misuse QNET’s good name and misrepresent our business.
We have also been informed that these incidents involve so-called “agents” posing as QNET representatives and offering overseas travel opportunities and visas in exchange for hefty fees.
Remember, QNET does not have any such agents, does not facilitate illegal cross-border activities, does not offer overseas travel visas for business purposes, and does not promise employment.
QNET Insists on Strict Adherence to the Law.
As a sales-based business, QNET strives to enhance the lives of our customers by delivering unique products and services directly into their hands. We are happy to report that our diverse portfolio of offerings currently encompasses categories such as energy, weight management, nutrition, personal care, fashion, education, and technology.
All our offerings are designed to help people live healthier and improve their lifestyles. Plus, thanks to our direct selling business model, satisfied customers have the opportunity to build businesses of their own by recommending and selling the products and services they love to friends, family and others.
Unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation and disinformation about the direct selling industry and leading companies like QNET, including the fact that the direct selling business approach offers quick and easy returns.
The fact is that while anyone and everyone can become QNET business owners or independent representatives (IR) by recommending and retailing QNET offerings, earnings are strictly based on the company’s compensation plan and must always involve the sale of products and services.
There is, thus, no money to be made from the recruitment of new members, investments, or the facilitation of travel, as well as assistance for immigration services or jobs.
Importantly, too, QNET insists on strict adherence to a comprehensive Code of Ethics and robust Policies and Procedures. This includes the requirement that an IR must be legally able to work in their country of residence and must conduct business in accordance with all local laws and regulations.
QNET’s record speaks for itself. And our success, as well as the success and satisfaction of scores of individuals around the world, are a testament to the fact that QNET is safe, legal and not a scam. As such, we urge the public to please exercise caution regarding any and all offers claiming affiliation with QNET and requesting payment for visas or overseas travel.
