As a proud member of the QNET Achievers Club, V Partner and Diamond Star Sharfun Shaikh talks us through what it means to take Rank Advancement seriously. Rank Advancement in QNET is a way for you to be rewarded for your hard-work by moving through the seven ranks created just for you, with each rank signifying a higher income than the previous one. You could earn Bronze, Silver, Gold, Sapphire, Platinum, Diamond or Blue Diamond ranks in the QNET Achievers Club.

In this deeply inspiring interview, V Partner Sharfun shares with us her tips on how to successfully become a member of the QNET Achievers Club. She also advises us that in order to be successful, you have to imbibe the qualities of a successful person.

What, according to you, are the traits of a QNET Achiever?

I could go on and on talking about what the traits of a QNET Achiever are. However, the first and most important thing you must understand is this – achievement is a result. It is a result of our actions. I would think to myself, “What kind of attitude and consistency would a QNET Achiever have?” I knew that I needed to have those traits before I could actually achieve it. So, I would say, hard work, consistency, conviction, believing in yourself, and never giving up – these are the things that I think make you a successful QNET Achiever.

Aside from earning a higher income, what are the others reasons why IRs should try and join the QNET Achievers Club?

When you look at the QNET Compensation Plan, the first thing that appeals to most people is the income. However, in my entire journey to get to my rank today, I have learnt so much! I worked hard, and the kind of mentorship that I had was brilliant. Once I’d achieved Diamond rank, I was part of the inner circle – around the likes of V Partner Sachin Gupta, V Partner Dev Wadhwani, Chief Pathman, and even the QNET Founders. As part of the QNET Achievers Club, you learn so much more than money can buy.

How did you feel the first time you were called on stage as a QNET Achiever?

The first thing I felt was that it was all worth it. It took a lot of hard work to achieve it. There were moments where it didn’t look like it would happen, moments where the journey was challenging. But those were the moments where I held myself and didn’t give up. At that time, I didn’t even have enough time to feel the pain. When I actually qualified for the QNET Achievers Club, and as I went up the stage, I recalled all the hard times I went through, and I just felt so proud be on stage with people like V Partner Donna Imson-Lecaroz and Chief Pathman. These are people I had watched and admired for so long! I’d seen them on stage. To finally be able to stand right there next to them made it all worth it.

What is your favourite memory of the QNET Achievers Club incentive trips?

My first Achievers incentive trip was to London. I couldn’t believe it – once I’d gotten there, I forgot where I was! It wasn’t about the place; it was about the people I was with. When I dined with the Achievers and had fun, casual moments with them, I realised that they are just like us. I was no different to them. They didn’t have diamonds and sapphires on their bodies; they were just people with such beautiful hearts. For the longest time I had craved to be with them, and after the warmth that I got, I could feel the DNA of the company.

If you could share one important tip with the others to qualify for the Achievers Club, what would it be?

Hard work with direction, which we get from our uplines, is what it takes to be a QNET Achiever. When I say never give up, a lot of people think that it means holding onto something, but it’s actually about moving ahead towards something. I’ve failed in more things than I’ve achieved but, whenever I did, I never gave up and tried again to move towards that goal. And, of course, watching all the videos from QNET veterans really helps!

Hard work with direction is what it takes.

We thank V Partner Sharfun Shaikh for taking time off her busy schedule to talk to us about how we should have Rank Advancement in our minds as we move towards success in QNET. Are you ready to qualify for the QNET Achievers Club and reap its many benefits? Leave us a comment and let us know how you’re doing.
